Refund & Return Policy

At Inara, we strive to ensure that every customer receives high-quality, beautifully packaged jewellery. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@inara.com.pk or reach out to our WhatsApp support team.

If your return is accepted, we will share return instructions along with the address or arrange a pickup. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and promptly send a replacement.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.


Exchanges

If your product is defective or incorrect and you wish to exchange it, we’ll arrange for a rider to deliver the correct item and collect the faulty one at the same time.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
